SharePod - Transfer Music From Your iPod For FREE

On my previous post, most of those are trials and have limitations as to how many you can copy for free before you must purchase to get the remainer copied and backed up.

SharePod is free and will transfer all your music from your iPod back to iTunes with NO limitations on how many can be done.

This is a very easy-to-use program.  You can download it here.

When you click to download it to your computer, you can simply choose RUN.  Once the program opens, it will look for your connected iPod.  Once it shows you all your music, simply click on the top song (which will highlight blue), scroll to the very bottom of the list, while holding down the control (ctrl) key click on the last song.  This will select all the music in the list.  Select Copy To Computer in the top left corner of the SharePod program.  In the window that pops up, select where you want to save it to and how you want it to look.  If you want the music to go ahead and be in iTunes automatically, make sure the box is checked next to "Import my music to iTunes" near the top of the window.

You will then see a progress window appear titled Copying (number) items.

After the progress window goes away, it is finished.  You can now open iTunes and you will see all your music is now there.
