The toolbar includes the following features (from left to right):
On the left side of the toolbar
SEARCH BAR - allows the user to search the blog AND you can change the search client type to search the web as well (click the little up arrow to change back and forth)
RECENT POSTS - a button showing users the last 3 most recent blog posts
CONTACT US - allows users to contact ELBoS admin should they need to for any reason
REWARDS - See THIS post to learn more about the rewards you can earn from interacting with the ELBoS Blog.
On the right side of the toolbar
TWITTER - allows users to view the ELBoS Twitter page as well as search the main Twitter site all while staying on the ELBoS Blog.
FACEBOOK - allows users to view the ELBoS Blog Facebook Fan Page all while staying on the ELBoS Blog.
GOOGLE +1 - allows users to +1 any page they are viewing.
SHARE - allows users to share to different platforms (brought to you via Add This).
RSS FEED (icon) - allows users to get a RSS feed into their preferred readers (i.e. Google Reader)
LIVE NOTIFICATION (icon) - gives users live notices right as they are posted/updated.
