Outlook - How to change the reading view zoom level

Outlook defaults your reading view zoom level to 100%.
Some of us, like me, need it to be a bit bigger to read it comfortably.

Down in the lower right hand corner is the below.

When you click on the slider to change it and then click on another email, guess what, it pops right back to 100% automatically. Very frustrating.
If you click on the number 100% right next to it, the below shown window will pop up:

If you make sure to check tick mark the 'Remember my preference' line, then it will always stay at what you select, even when you use the slider.

Now we can all read our Outlook email just a little more comfortably.
