Sometimes we need different browsers to do different things and/or for certain features they offer. I have Safari, Chrome and Edge all installed on my iPhone. Each one has its pros and cons of course, just like anything. I noticed though, while in Safari, I didn't see a "close all" feature like I find in Chrome and Edge.
Chrome
Click EDIT in the lower left corner and select close all tabs.
CLOSE ALL is already right there in the lower left corner.
There is a plus + sign in the lower left corner that if pressed, opens a new tab.
Extra tidbit: If you long press the plus sign, you'll get a list of recently closed tabs. To get all tabs to close though, you want to press and hold on any one of the tabs
You’ll be able to see at the bottom the current number of open tabs. Then all you have is one X to click on.
Extra tidbit: I know we all leave open one too many apps on our iPhones now and then. And swiping up on each one is a pain. Well a quicker pain is to use three fingers on three apps at a time and swipe up. You still have to swipe but at least it’ll get done faster. .
ENJOY!
